- I have an enquiry, but will the quantity be too small for Asian manufacturers?

- Will the time different affect when I can contact your company?
The simple answer is no. With offices in Europe and throughout Asia, we have staff working around the clock to ensure you will be able to contact a member of ISL staff 24 hours a day.
- How do you overcome the language difficulties?
We are proud of our multi-lingual staff. We have staff who are native speakers in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, as well as Tagalog and Cebuano (Philippines). This means there is no language barrier to our operation. All staff speak English.
- I’m concerned about data control. How is this managed?
We take data control very seriously. All data we receive will go into our European office first to be 'sanitised' before it is sent for quotation. We place a high emphasis on data control and we have a robust system in place to ensure that this is adhered to.
- I am interested in offshore manufacture but my product is only in design stage. Can you help?
ISL has European facilities that can assist on the development of a new product. The STI Alliance www.sti-alliance.com produces specialist support for just this activity. ISL then can manage a smooth transfer to our low cost geography for production manufacturing.
- Are you using sales agents in Asia?
No. All facilities are either owned or are part of a dedicated alliance. All facilities are on a regular audit schedule and are visited on a regular basis or have permanent personnel embedded.
- What if my product has export restrictions?
Please check with us, our dedicated Export Compliance staff in Europe can offer a solution.
- How can I be sure of the quality of the supplier?
This is the key to our success, we can demonstrate comprehensive compliance to specifications, approval to most international standards and provide detailed audit reports to support these claims.
- Is it possible for me to visit the factory where my goods will be made prior to placing an order?
We welcome full customer involvement, it helps to build relationships and ally the common fear of losing control.
- How will my goods be shipped?
There is a multitude of choice; we have a range of options to suit all requirements.
